对于我国绝大部分地区来讲,农田里的石块一般都是采用人工捡拾的方法,有些石块部分或全部埋藏在耕层内部,人眼不容易看到,逐一捡拾这些石块劳动强度相当大。针对这种情况,拟研究出一种专用的农田捡拾机,为农业生产增产增收服务。在整个结构设计中,捡石机的前轴没有相应的结构设计标准,而且该轴的受力复杂,对强度要求较高。因此,根据农田捡石机前轴的受力情况,应用参数化建模技术建立了前轴的参数化模型和受力分析图;同时,建立了捡石机前轴有限元分析过程的流程图,并利用ANSYS有限元软件对其进行了应力、应变和安全系数分析,以达到优化设计的目的。

At the same time, the flow chart of finite element analysis of the rockfill front shaft is established , And analyzed the stress, strain and safety factor by ANSYS finite element software in order to achieve the goal of optimal design.
