高职院校建设“双师型”教师队伍,对改善当前高职院校学生的学习状况有着极大的影响力。“双师型”教师具备较高的教学理论水平和专业理论水平以及较强的实践操作能力,在提高学生学习兴趣、培养学生职业能力和就业能力等方面有很大积极作用。 The construction of “dual-type” teachers in higher vocational colleges has a great influence on improving the learning status of students in higher vocational colleges. “Double Teachers ” teachers have a higher level of teaching theory and professional theory and a strong practical ability to practice, in improving students ’interest in learning, cultivating students’ professional ability and employability have a very positive role.
