目的测定苯噻啶片的含量均匀度。方法采用流动注射分析法(FIA)进行测定。结果此法精密度及准确度与药典方法-紫外分光光度法(UV法)基本一致。结论该方法操作方便快速,测定苯噻啶片的含量均匀度可行,结果令人满意。
Objective To determine the content uniformity of PZT tablets. Methods Flow injection analysis (FIA) was used for determination. Results The precision and accuracy of this method are basically the same as those of the pharmacopoeia method - UV spectrophotometry (UV method). Conclusion The method is convenient and rapid. It is feasible to determine the content uniformity of PZT tablets with satisfactory results.
