目的观察B-D试验监测脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器冷空气效果及其影响因素。方法通过回顾性调查,对连续3年B-D试验结果进行分析并作出评价。结果连续3年对本医院脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器共进行926次B-D试验,合格893次,有33次不合格,合格率96.36%。造成B-D试验不合格的原因有设备因素7次,蒸汽质量因素22次,操作技术因素4次。结论B-D试验对发现脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器冷空气排除质量问题有实际意义,检测不合格主要有设备因素、蒸汽质量因素和操作技术因素。
Objective To observe the effect and influential factors of B-D on monitoring cold air in pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizer. Methods By retrospective investigation, the results of B-D test for 3 consecutive years were analyzed and evaluated. Results A total of 926 B-D tests were conducted on the pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizer in this hospital for 3 consecutive years, 893 passes, 33 failed and the pass rate was 96.36%. B-D test failed to cause the reasons for the equipment factor 7 times, steam quality factor 22 times, operating technical factors 4 times. Conclusion The B-D test is of practical significance to the discovery of cold air exclusion quality problems of pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizer. There are mainly equipment factors, steam quality factors and operating technical factors in the unqualified test.
