目的:探讨S100A11在乳腺癌和癌旁乳腺组织中的表达及其与患者临床特征之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测S100A11在55例女性乳腺癌及癌旁乳腺组织中的表达,分析S100A11与患者年龄、肿块大小、病理类型、临床TNM分期、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、HER-2、腋窝淋巴结转移及是否绝经的关系。结果:S100A11蛋白在乳腺癌细胞的胞浆中表达阳性率为73.73%,在癌旁乳腺组织中表达阳性率为42.31%,乳腺癌细胞表达阳性率与乳腺癌旁乳腺组织中表达的阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.005,P=0.008,P<0.05)。S100A11在乳腺癌组织中的表达与病理浸润情况有关(P=0.041,P<0.05),而与患者年龄、肿块大小、临床TNM分期、ER、PR、HER-2、腋窝淋巴结转移情况及是否绝经无关(P>0.05)。结论:乳腺癌组织S100A11蛋白表达增高与肿瘤的浸润有关,是判断乳腺癌生物学行为的有价值的参考指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of S100A11 in breast cancer and adjacent normal breast tissue and its relationship with clinical features. Methods: The expression of S100A11 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 55 cases of breast cancer and adjacent normal breast tissues. The relationship between S100A11 and age, mass, pathological type, TNM staging, estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone Receptor (PR), HER-2, axillary lymph node metastasis and whether menopause. Results: The positive rate of S100A11 protein expression in cytoplasm of breast cancer cells was 73.73%, while the positive expression rate in breast cancer tissues was 42.31%. The expression of S100A11 in breast cancer was correlated with pathological infiltration (P = 0.041, P <0.05), but not with age, tumor size, TNM stage, ER, PR, HER-2, axillary lymph node metastasis Not related (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The increased expression of S100A11 in breast cancer is related to tumor invasion, which is a valuable reference to judge the biological behavior of breast cancer.
