目的分析川崎病患儿临床特异性表现和非特异性表现及化验、检查结果。方法对收集典型川崎病57例病例化验及各项临床资料进行分析。结果川崎病患儿除表现发热≥5 d,双侧眼球结

目的分析川崎病患儿临床特异性表现和非特异性表现及化验、检查结果。方法对收集典型川崎病57例病例化验及各项临床资料进行分析。结果川崎病患儿除表现发热≥5 d,双侧眼球结膜充血,口唇和口腔改变,多形性皮疹,四肢末端改变,颈部淋巴结肿大。都有C反应蛋白增高,血沉增快,血白细胞数升高等变化。同时除冠脉外,心肌、肺、胆囊、肝脏等亦有损害。结论川崎病诊断除有6项临床表现外还可能有其他少见症状和特征,出现上述表现需考虑川崎病,完善相关化验、检查,以免发生误诊。
