目的研制用于辅助保障人员实施飞行卫生保障、日常医疗保健、卫勤管理评估的人机对话系统,以提高航空卫生保障工作效率和管理水平。方法以SQL server 2000作为后台数据库,Windows XP及以上系统为操作平台,研制部队应用维护版本和师以上卫勤机关汇总管理版本。结果 (1)当航空部队飞行训练时,非建制单位航医或非航卫专业人员利用该辅助决策系统可实施科学有效的飞行保障;(2)该系统阐述了不同机型、不同飞行课目及飞行环境对飞行人员生理、心理需求,以及对日常医疗服务和卫生监督的要求;(3)该系统建立了海航飞行人员各类医学资料、飞行保障法规制度等信息库,便于对相关数据的统计、查询与评估。结论该系统操作简单,资料统计信息查询方便,辅助决策意见准确可靠,可应用于海军飞行员航卫保障活动。
Objective To develop a man-machine dialogue system for assisting personnel to implement flight health assurance, daily health care and medical service management assessment so as to improve the efficiency and management level of aviation health insurance. Methods With SQL server 2000 as the back-end database, Windows XP and above as the operating platform, the research and development army’s application maintenance version and the above-mentioned health management agency summarized the management version. Results (1) When the aviation units trained in flight, non-civil aviation units or non-aeronautical professionals could use this system to implement scientific and effective flight support. (2) The system described different types of aircraft, different flight courses and (3) The system has established a variety of medical information of HNA pilots, flight safety regulations and other information base, to facilitate the statistics of the relevant data , Query and evaluation. Conclusions The system is simple in operation, convenient for data statistical information query and accurate and reliable decision support. It can be applied to naval pilots’ security support activities.
