目的观察NVB联合THP治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效及毒副反应.方法对37例晚期乳腺癌患者,给以NVB 25mg/m2,静脉滴入,d1、d8,THP 40mg/m2d1,28天为一周期,全组化疗共113周期,中位周期数3(2～4)周期.结果 37例患者有效率67.6%(25/37),CR 7例,PR 18例.主要毒性为骨髓抑制,以白细胞减少为主.其发生率为89.1%(33/37).治疗中采用预防措施,故静脉炎、脱发、消化道反应等毒性轻微,可以耐受.结论 NAB联合THP治疗晚期乳腺癌,疗效较好,且毒性可以耐受,值得
