40只雄兔随机等分为4组:正常对照组(NC)、高胆固醇血症组(HC)、氯贝丁酯组(CL)和L-精氨酸组(L-arg),实验前及治疗10周从各组动物耳中央动脉抽血(空腹),酶法检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),ELISA法检测脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]。结果:治疗10周L-arg组与HC组TC无差异(P>0.10),但CL组TC明显低于HC组(P<0.05)。实验10周CL组和HC组的Lp(a)明显高于实验前(P<0.05),虽然实验前后L-arg组的Lp(a)变化不大,但实验10周时L-arg组和HC组的Lp(a)有极显著差异,L-arg组低于HC组(P<0.05)。提示:同CL组相比,L-精氨酸虽不降低血清总胆固醇,但对Lp(a)有显著影响。
40 male rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group (NC), hypercholesterolemia group (HC), clofibrate group (CL) and L-arginine group After 10 weeks of treatment, blood samples were taken from the central auricles of the animals (fasting), serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL- a) [Lp (a)]. Results: There was no significant difference (P> 0.10) between L-arg group and HC group at 10 weeks, but TC in CL group was significantly lower than that in HC group (P <0.05). Lp (a) of CL group and HC group at 10 weeks of experiment was significantly higher than that before experiment (P <0.05). Although Lp (a) of L-arg group did not change much before and after the experiment, L-arg The Lp (a) of the HC group was significantly different from that of the HC group (P <0.05). Hint: Compared with CL group, L-arginine did not lower serum total cholesterol, but had a significant effect on Lp (a).
