发展生物肥是实施农业可持续发展战略的重要举措。发酵是生物肥生产的关键工序。但目前绝大部分企业仍使用简单仪表检测,人工操作,波动大,质量不稳定。为此山东省科学院生物研究所研制了SBA-P1发酵在线pH值与温度智能控制系统。在山东百奥公司生物肥发酵使用过程中,通过该系统分析pH值的变化曲线,研究发酵规律,控制发酵周期,及时处理异常发酵;同时温度实现自动控制,为菌种的生长繁殖提供了稳定适宜的生长环境,提高了菌种的生长繁殖速度,缩短了发酵周期。因此,非常适合在生物肥生产企业中应用。
The development of bio-fertilizer is an important measure to implement the strategy of agricultural sustainable development. Fermentation is the key process of biological fertilizer production. However, at present, most enterprises still use simple instrument testing, manual operation, large fluctuation and unstable quality. To this end, Institute of Biology, Shandong Academy of Sciences has developed SBA-P1 fermentation online pH and temperature control system. During the process of biofertilizer fermentation in Shandong Biolabs, the system was used to analyze the curve of pH value, study the fermentation rules, control the fermentation cycle, and deal with the abnormal fermentation in time. At the same time, the temperature was controlled automatically, which provided a stable solution for the growth and reproduction of the bacteria Appropriate growth environment, improve the growth of bacteria breeding speed, shorten the fermentation cycle. Therefore, it is very suitable for application in biological fertilizer production enterprises.
