本文报道了一个灵敏的铀浓度绝对测定方法。研究所用的是~(238)U第一代衰变产物~(234)Th的63.3KeV峰。高纯锗低能光子谱仪(LEPS)能很好地分辨这个峰。~(234)Th的放射性用低能光子谱仪程序分析系统测定,低能光子谱仪用铀标准刻度。与铀-238衰变链后面一些产物相比,~(234)Th比较容易与~(238)U达到放射性平衡,这就是选择~(234)Th的原因所在。本方法可以测定诸如岩石,土壤、植物等天然样品中低达5ppm的铀。
This paper reports a sensitive method for the absolute determination of uranium concentration. The study used a 63.3 KeV peak of the ~ (238) U first-generation decay product ~ (234) Th. High-purity germanium low energy photon spectrometer (LEPS) can distinguish this peak well. The radioactivity of ~ (234) Th was determined by a low energy photon spectrometer program analysis system and the uranium standard scale for low energy photon spectroscopy. Compared with some products behind the decay chain of uranium-238, ~ (234) Th is relatively easy to reach the radioactive equilibrium with ~ (238) U, which is the reason for the selection of ~ (234) Th. The method allows the determination of as little as 5 ppm of uranium in natural samples such as rocks, soils, plants and the like.
