我厂是新办的县镇小型水厂,为了解决经常停电和夜间供水问题,在1981年6月动工建造一座100吨水塔,拟定了如下单管线设计方案:(见附图1) 一、断开原出厂管道,引水上管Ⅰ直至水柜,止回阀6自动关闭,水以自由水头落下。管件法兰连接,每层楼板预埋孔填补时,用石棉沥青补之,底层置伸缩器5,以消除温度变化和水塔下沉而产生在管件中的应力。
Our factory is a newly-established county town waterworks. In order to solve the problem of frequent blackouts and nighttime water supply, we started construction of a 100-ton water tower in June 1981. We have developed the following single-pipeline design scheme: (see Figure 1) Open the original factory pipe, the water pipe I until the water tank, the check valve 6 is automatically closed, the water falls with a free head. The flanges of the pipes are connected. When the pre-embedded holes in each floor are filled, they are filled with asbestos asphalt, and the retractor 5 is installed at the bottom to eliminate stress caused by temperature changes and sinking of the water tower.
