目的研究穿琥宁经PEG修饰的新化合物CHP1002的抗炎镇痛作用。方法分别采用小鼠耳肿胀实验、大鼠足肿胀实验、小鼠醋酸扭体实验观察不同剂量(220,440,880 mg/kg)CHP1002的抗炎镇痛作用,以及给药后不同时间与原型药物的抗炎药效的比较。结果动物腹腔注射CHP1002 440、880 mg/kg剂量组具有抗炎作用(P<0.01),皮下注射CHP1002 440、880 mg/kg剂量组具有镇痛作用(P<0.01)。在给药后不同时间,CHP1002比原型药物的抗炎和镇痛作用延长(P<0.05)。结论经PEG修饰的化合物CHP1002具有抗炎镇痛作用,其作用时间要长于原型药物。
Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of chuanhuning PEG-modified compound CHP1002.
