目的测定消炎止痢灵片中甲氧苄啶的溶出度。方法采用桨法,以0.01 mol·L-1盐酸为溶出介质,转速为75 r·min-1,取样时间60 min。HPLC法采用Zorbax SB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.01 mol·L-1乙酸铵溶液(33∶67)为流动相,检测波长235 nm,流速1.0 m L·min-1,柱温为25℃。结果甲氧苄啶0.0812~0.812μg与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9991),平均回收率97.8%,RSD=1.09%(n=9)。结论所用方法简便、准确、可行,能用于消炎止痢灵片中甲氧苄啶的溶出度测定。
Objective To determine the dissolution of trimethoprim in anti-inflammatory Zhili tablets. Methods The paddle method was used. With 0.01 mol·L -1 hydrochloric acid as dissolution medium, the rotation speed was 75 r · min -1 and the sampling time was 60 min. HPLC was performed on a Zorbax SB-C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) using methanol-0.01 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution (33:67) as the mobile phase at a detection wavelength of 235 nm and a flow rate of 1.0 mL min-1, the column temperature is 25 ℃. Results The linear range was 0.0812 ~ 0.812 μg and the peak area was linear (r = 0.9991). The average recovery was 97.8% with RSD = 1.09% (n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and feasible and can be used to determine the dissolution of trimethoprim in Xiaoyanzhili tablet.
