本文研究了利用钛-N-肉桂酰-N-邻甲苯羟胺(简称N-CTHA)-硫氰酸盐三元体系的显色反应,萃取分光光度测定微克量钛的方法。确定萃取液盐酸浓度为5—8N,硫氰酸铵浓度为2.5%;找出了N-CTHA的用量、测定钛的合适范围及其它离子的影响;在研究的15种阳离子中仅干扰严重,但可用草酸掩蔽,并由试验确定Ti-N-CTHA-SCN的组成比为1:2:1.方法具有快速简便、灵敏度高、选择性好的特点,试用于钢中钛的分析,获得较满意结果。
In this paper, a method for the determination of micrograms of titanium by extraction spectrophotometry using the chromogenic reaction of titanium-N-cinnamoyl-N-o -tolylazoline (abbreviated as N-CTHA) -thiocyanate ternary system was studied. The concentration of hydrochloric acid in the extract was determined to be 5-8N and the concentration of ammonium thiocyanate was 2.5%. The amount of N-CTHA was determined, the suitable range of titanium and the influence of other ions were determined. Among the 15 kinds of cations studied, However, it can be masked with oxalic acid, and the composition ratio of Ti-N-CTHA-SCN is 1: 2: 1 determined experimentally. The method has the characteristics of quick and easy, high sensitivity and good selectivity. Satisfactory result.
