我车间线切割机的电机轴与钼丝筒轴之间联轴器部份,结构不合理,如下图所示。从上图可看出,联轴接头与联接螺钉属刚性联接。当电动机在高速启动时,其联轴接头和联接螺钉所承受的冲击力和剪切力是相当大的,再加上机床开动后,工作要求正反转运动,这样一来,这种冲击力和剪切力,大大超过了联接件的刚性和抗疲劳强度,因此,联接轴和电机经常被损坏。仅从一九八二年起到一九八三年六月止,先后扭断两根电机轴;更换钼丝筒轴三根及更多的连接键。出现这种情况后,机床进行修复,最少需一个星期时间,致使生产也不能正
