研制了一种高铬合金耐磨铸铁生产耐磨衬板,对高铬合金耐磨铸铁进行(980±5)℃×3h空冷淬火和(220±5)℃×3 h低温回火,观察了耐磨衬板的金相组织,测试了不同状态下衬板的硬度,分析了热处理工艺对耐磨铸铁组织和性能的影响。结果表明,铸铁铸态组织含奥氏体量多,硬度低;热处理后组织中碳化物弥散度高,组织分布最均匀,耐磨性好。
A wear-resistant liner made of high-chromium alloy wear-resistant cast iron was developed. The high-chromium alloy wear-resistant cast iron was tempered at (980 ± 5) ℃ for 3h, and tempered at (220 ± 5) ℃ for 3 h. Wear-resistant lining of the microstructure, the hardness of the liner under different conditions tested, analysis of the heat treatment process on the wear-resistant cast iron and the performance of the organization. The results show that the as - cast cast iron contains more austenite and has lower hardness. The carbides in the castings are highly dispersed and have the most uniform microstructure distribution and good wear resistance after heat treatment.
