作者对RJX系列箱式电阻炉进行改装,通过一千多小时工艺试验,分别用不同纯度的氮气,以甲醇、乙醇和民用煤油为添加剂,采用不同的配比在炉内直接制备氮基保护气氛。探讨了获得保护加热效果时,炉内气氛组分比例、氮通入量、添加剂滴入量、换气次数、炉气压力等诸因素的影响和诸参量的合理值。针对RJX系列箱式电阻炉生产上周期作业的特点,作了缩短排气、炉气稳定和炉气恢复时间的试验,提出用于生产的合理工艺制度。
The author modified the RJX series box-type resistance furnace through more than one thousand hours of process test, respectively, with different purity of nitrogen, methanol, ethanol and civilian kerosene as additives, using different ratios in the furnace directly prepared nitrogen-based protective atmosphere . The effects of various factors such as the ratio of atmosphere components, the amount of nitrogen, the amount of additives added, the number of gas exchange, and the pressure of furnace gas on the furnace heating and the reasonable values of the parameters were discussed. According to the characteristics of RJX series box-type resistance furnace production in the last cycle, made a trial to shorten the exhaust gas, furnace gas stability and furnace gas recovery time, put forward a reasonable process system for production.
