【案情】原告(上诉人):张玉琴。被告(被上诉人):上海交农动物医疗有限公司。2011年6月23日18时30分左右,原告携小型宠物犬至被告处求诊,主诉小狗呕吐、腹泄已3天,要求用药。18时41分开始,被告兽医对小狗进行听诊、量体温,并向原告询问情况。当兽医提出小狗呼吸困难并伴有便血,需要进行验血等全面检查时,原告在了解了所需费用后,提出要求注射一剂止吐针剂。兽医告知在未确诊
【Case】 Plaintiff (appellant): Zhang Yuqin. Defendant (appellee): Shanghai Jiaonong Animal Medical Co., Ltd. At around 18:30 on June 23, 2011, the plaintiff brought a pet dog to the defendant for medical treatment. He complained that the puppy vomited. He had been excreted for 3 days and required medication. At 18:41, the defendant veterinarian auscultated the dog, measured body temperature, and asked the plaintiff about the situation.
