文章认为现行文件开放是政府信息公开的一种具体类型 ,它与政府信息公开既有区别也有联系。文章重点从开放客体、开放要素、开放条件和开放方式4个方面具体探讨了政府信息公开中现行文件开放的个性特点。
The article holds that the current document opening up is a specific type of government information disclosure and it has both the distinction and the connection with the government information disclosure. The article focuses on four aspects of the opening up of the object, the open elements, the opening-up conditions and the opening-up method, and probes into the individual characteristics of the current document opening in the government information disclosure.
