一、正确认识纳税筹划的市场空间随着我国法制环境的逐渐完备，依法纳税已成为每个企业和公民的神圣职责和光荣义务。同时作为独立的利益主体，企业有减轻税收负担、实施利益最大化的要求。因而在不违背税收政策的前提下，以降低纳税成本、提升企业竞争力、实现企业价值最大化为目标的税收筹划应运而生。
