著者对66名20~50岁,患有慢性牙周炎,伴牙齿Ⅰ~Ⅱ度或Ⅱ~Ⅲ度松动的患者,进行了牙周组织、咀嚼肌、血管系统的功能状态研究。使用咀嚼肌肌电描记法和牙周电流描记法,对随意咀嚼800mg榛仁的患者进行检查。分析肌电图,确定咀嚼运动量和一个咀嚼周期的时间,生物电的活性(BЗA)、生物电的静息性(БЗЛ)、БЗА和БЗЛ月的系数(K)、生物电位的振幅。在安上暂时性夹板的当天,以及2个月内每隔20天,行咀嚼肌试验检查。
The author of 66 patients aged 20 to 50 years, suffering from chronic periodontitis, accompanied by teeth with Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ degree or Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ degree loosening of the periodontal tissue, masticatory muscle, the functional status of the vascular system. Using masticatory muscle electromyography and periodontal electrography, patients who were randomly chewed 800 mg hazelnuts were examined. Electromyography was analyzed to determine the amount of mastication and the time of a chewing cycle, bioelectric activity (BЗA), bioelectric resting (БЗЛ), БЗА and БЗЛ monthly coefficients (K), and amplitude of bioelectrical potentials. On the same day as the temporary splint, and every two days for 20 days, the masticatory muscle test was performed.
