以超级杂交稻两优培九及其亲本9311和培矮64S为材料,研究了抽穗后超级杂交稻及亲本剑叶和根系与早衰有关的叶绿素含量、伤流量、营养元素含量和内源激素含量变化。结果表明:1与9311相比,两优培九的叶绿素含量在抽穗后快速降低,并始终低于9311,明显早衰。两优培九的其他各项生理指标除叶片及根系ABA外,在抽穗后也都比较低。而不育系培矮64S的各项生理指标比两优培九更低。两优培九的早衰可能是培矮64S遗传的结果。2抽穗后杂交稻及其亲本叶片和根系各生理指标均呈降低趋势,地上部和地下部逐渐衰老,说明地上部和地下部之间的紧密联系,但是从数据看,叶片和根系之间这些指标的变化无绝对的相关性。
The super hybrid rice Liangyoupeijiu and its parents 9311 and Pei’ai 64S were used to study the changes of chlorophyll content, traumatic flux, nutrient elements and endogenous hormones content related to premature aging in flag leaves and roots of super hybrid rice after heading. The results showed as follows: 1 Compared with 9311, the chlorophyll content of Liangyoupeijiu decreased rapidly after heading, and always below 9311, markedly premature decline. The other physiological indexes of Liangyoupeijiu were lower than those of ABA after heading. However, all the physiological indexes of Pei’ai 64S were lower than that of Liangyou Peijiu. Premature aging of Liangyoupeijiu may be the genetic result of Pei’ai 64S. 2 Physiological indexes of hybrid rice and its parental leaf and root showed a decreasing trend after heading, and the above-ground and underground parts gradually became senescent, indicating the close relationship between shoots and underground. However, from the data, There is no absolute correlation between changes in indicators.
