目的 :观察增龄对血清甲状腺激素 ( TH)及胰岛素样生长 - 1( IGF- 1)的影响及用小剂量 TH治疗健康老人 ,观察其血清 TH及 IGF- 1水平的变化。方法 :把不同年龄段的成年人分为青壮年组、老年前组及老年组 ,分别检测其 TH、IGF- 1、肝功能及心电图。并对老年组用小剂量 TH治疗。每天服甲状腺片 10 mg,连服 6个月 ,分别于第 3和第 6个月后再复查以上检测指标 ,同时观察有关衰老症状的变化及药物的毒副作用。结果 :老年组与青壮年组比较 ,血清 TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4及 IGF- 1水平显著降低 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ;老年组比老年前组及老年前组比青壮年组 ,血清 TT3、 FT3、 FT4及 IGF- 1均显著降低 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ,而 TT4改变不显著。老年组经 TH治疗 3个月后 ,除 TT4外 ,血清 TH及 IGF- 1显著升高 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗 6个月后 ,升高更显著 ( P <0 .0 1) ,其血清浓度接近老年前组水平。结论 :增龄可使血清 TH及 IGF- 1进行性下降 ,老年人口服小剂量的 TH,能改善衰老症状 ,提高血清 TH及 IGF- 1水平
Objective: To observe the effects of aging on serum thyroid hormone (TH) and insulin-like growth-1 (IGF-1), and to treat healthy elderly with low-dose TH, to observe the changes of serum TH and IGF-1 levels. Methods: Adults of different age groups were divided into young group, old group and old group, and their TH, IGF-1, liver function and electrocardiogram were detected respectively. And the elderly group with a small dose of TH treatment. Thyroid tablets 10 mg per day, and even for 6 months, respectively, in 3 and 6 months after the re-examination of these indicators, while observing the changes in symptoms and drug side effects. Results: The levels of TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4 and IGF-1 in the elderly group were significantly lower than those in the young adults group (P <0.05) TT3, FT3, FT4 and IGF-1 were significantly decreased (P <0.05), while TT4 change was not significant. Serum TH and IGF-1 levels in the elderly group were significantly higher than those in the TT4 group after 3 months (P <0.05), and were significantly increased after 6 months of treatment (P <0.01) , Its serum concentration close to the level of pre-old group. CONCLUSION: Aging can decrease serum TH and IGF-1, and oral administration of low dose of TH can improve aging symptoms and increase serum TH and IGF-1 levels
