随着《刑法修正案(八)》的正式施行,社区矫正工作在全国范围内开展,但是刚刚起步的社区矫正工作尚存在着一些不足和空白有待完善和改进。然与其他国家和地区的社区矫正工作比较起来已相对成熟和完善,效果显著。文章通过对世界多国理论基础的研究,结合我国现行社区矫正工作的理论,进行比较分析,从理论上进行完善改进,进而指导我国社区矫正工作健康运行。
With the formal implementation of “Criminal Law Amendment (8)”, community correction work is carried out nationwide, but there are still some shortcomings and gaps in community correction work that have just started to be perfected and improved. However, compared with other countries and regions, the community correction work has been relatively mature and perfect, with remarkable results. Through the study of the multi-national theory in the world and the current theory of community correction work in our country, the article makes a comparative analysis, improves and perfects theoretically, and then guides the healthy operation of community correction in our country.
