宁夏回族自治区彭阳县茹河中型灌区地处宁夏南部山区,是彭阳县最早开发的灌区之一,是比较集中、灌溉面积较大的中型灌区。通过灌区节水配套工程的实施,可提高灌溉水利用系数,恢复灌溉面积,提高粮食产量,让农民在退耕后粮田面积减少情况下,保证粮食总产不减,不影响农民的吃饭问题。
Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Peng Yangxian Ruhe medium-sized irrigation area is located in the southern mountainous Ningxia, Pengyang County is one of the earliest developed irrigation areas, is more concentrated, irrigation larger medium-sized irrigation area. Through the implementation of water-saving supporting projects in irrigation districts, the utilization coefficient of irrigation water can be increased, the irrigated area can be restored, the grain yield can be increased, and under the circumstance of reducing the grain-growing area after returning farmland, the total grain output can be guaranteed without affecting the peasants’ eating.
