采用熔模铸造生产形状复杂的ZG03Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢喷推导叶片,为了防止其变形,在工艺分型面设计了直面+斜面+三维扭曲曲面的复杂分型;压型采用了多模组合技术减少起模变形;合理控制精密铸造过程中的工艺方法和技术参数;中转运输时采用了不同的防变形的辅助装备,从而制造合格的喷推导叶叶片精密铸件。
In order to prevent its deformation, the ZG03Cr22Ni5Mo3N duplex stainless steel spray-induced blade was manufactured by investment casting. The complicated parting of the straight + bevel + three-dimensional twisted curved surface was designed on the process parting surface. Mold deformation; reasonably control the process of precision casting process and technical parameters; transit transport using a different anti-deformation auxiliary equipment, so as to create qualified injection guide vane precision castings.
