以华油16号、华油13号、71—39、Marnoo.Andor和Wesroona六个甘蓝型油菜品种及其F_Ⅰ为材料,用单因素设计分析法,NCⅡ设计法和不完全双列杂交法研究了种子中硫苷总量的几个遗传参数。结果表明,甘蓝型油菜种子硫苷总量的遗传为部分显性,显性度为0.22;广义遗传力是0.89—0.96;狭义遗传力是0.79—0.85;高硫苷品种间的一般配合力达极显著水准,而特殊配合力作用不大;正反交之间无显著差异。
