对１２３名铁路蒸汽机车乘务及１１２名非接触毒害对照组工人的血压及心电图检测结果分析。发现血压在两组间无显著性差异，心电图的异常率观察组高于对照组，差异有极显著性；但观察组中，不同年龄和工龄组间差异不显著。观察组中心电图异常类型以心律失常、左心室高电压、心电轴左偏为主，且心律失常异常率较对照组差异有显著性。血管总外周阻力（ＴＰＲ）观察组异常率高于对照组，差异有显著性，且异常率随工龄的增高而增高，但差异无显著性。提示：铁路蒸汽机车乘务作业可导致作业人员心电图和ＴＰＲ异常。
Analysis of blood pressure and electrocardiogram of 123 railway steam locomotive crew and 112 non-contact poisoning control workers. Blood pressure was found no significant difference between the two groups, abnormal rate of electrocardiogram observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was significant; but the observation group, the differences between different age groups and service age was not significant. In the observation group, the abnormal types of electrocardiogram were mainly arrhythmia, left ventricular high voltage and left deviation of ECG axis, and the abnormal rate of arrhythmia was significantly different from that of the control group. The abnormal rate of vascular total peripheral resistance (TPR) observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was significant, and the abnormal rate increased with the increase of seniority, but the difference was not significant. TIP: The operation of the railway steam locomotive can lead to the abnormal ECG and TPR of the operator.
