故障现象一辆2009年产别克凯越车,搭载1.8 L发动机和自动变速器,行驶里程约为10万km。驾驶人打来电话求援,反映发动机无法起动着机。接到电话后,维修人员赶赴现场,发现发动机又能正常起动了,于是决定将车开回修理厂检修。故障诊断检查发现,在起动时该车的蓄电池电压仅为9.5 V,而起动着机后发电机运转正常,蓄电池的充电电压符合要求。由于该车蓄电池的使用时间已超过2年,且蓄电池检测仪检测发现蓄电池容量小于20 Ah,由此判断故障是由蓄电池老化造成的,更换蓄电池后试车,发动机能够顺利起动,于是将车交还给驾驶人。
