α(Ⅱb)β_3(或(GPⅡb/Ⅲa)是血小板膜上表达量最多的整合素分子,它在血小板粘附、聚集、释放等止血功能中发挥着重要的作用。近年来,整合素α(Ⅱb)β_3的信号传导与血小板功能的关系已日益受到人们的普遍关注,研究发现整合素α(Ⅱb)β_3的信号可分为由膜内向膜外的信号和由膜外向膜内的信号,前者由激动剂诱导引起血小板活化,改变整合素α(Ⅱb)β_3的构像,使整合素α(Ⅱbo)β_3与其配体粘附;后者由配体与整合素α(Ⅱb)β_3受体连结后而引发产生一系列血小板功能。在整合素信号途径中的任何一种信号分子的异常和缺失都可能导致血小板功能的丧失而致出血。
