为满足水泵测试对试验台测控系统的高精度及高稳定性要求,研究了其流量控制系统,分析了模糊控制理论和PID控制理论的特点,设计了自适应模糊PID控制器以控制电动阀门的开度,从而进行试验台流量的调节,并应用Matlab中的模糊逻辑工具箱和Simulink工具箱分别对自适应模糊PID控制系统及常规PID控制系统进行了仿真试验。结果表明,自适应模糊PID控制系统弥补了常规PID控制系统不能实现参数在线自整定问题的不足,实现了对PID参数的最佳调整,且具有响应速度快、超调量小及稳定性好等特点。
In order to meet the requirements of high precision and high stability of the test and control system for water pump test, this paper studied the flow control system, analyzed the characteristics of fuzzy control theory and PID control theory, and designed an adaptive fuzzy PID controller to control the electric valve Opening, so as to adjust the flow rate of the test bed.
