幼儿教师专研成长主要是指幼儿教师在教学过程中,通过专业训练和学习,并通过实践不断提高自身的专业知识和技能,努力成为一名合格的教育工作者。因此,幼儿教师应准确把握教育方向,与时俱进,才能不断走向成功。本文主要对幼儿教师在教育中所存在的问题进行分析,并对幼儿教师专研成长的有效途径进行了阐述。
Kindergarten teachers research and development mainly refers to kindergarten teachers in the teaching process, through professional training and learning, and through practice to continuously improve their professional knowledge and skills, and strive to become a qualified educator. Therefore, kindergarten teachers should accurately grasp the direction of education, advancing with the times, in order to continue to succeed. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems of kindergarten teachers in education and expounds the effective ways of kindergarten teachers’ specialization and growth.
