为了降低“和谐”型电力机车定置试验库内的温度,确保机车顺利试验,确定了不同设备的散热量,提出了自然进风、机械排风的通风散热方式,确定了通风散热系统方案。通过试验测得了“和谐”型大功率电力机车的噪声排放量,在此基础上提出了机车定置试验库内和控制室内噪声控制方案。测试结果表明,试验库通风散热效果良好,噪声控制方案满足排放要求。
In order to reduce the temperature of the “Harmony” electric locomotive test chamber and ensure the smooth running of the locomotive, the heat dissipation of different equipment was determined. The ventilation and cooling methods of natural air inlet and mechanical exhaust air were put forward, and the ventilation and cooling system scheme . The noise emission of “Harmony” high-power electric locomotive was measured through experiments. On the basis of this, the control scheme of locomotive interior and control room noise was put forward. The test results show that the test chamber ventilation and cooling effect is good, noise control program to meet the emission requirements.
