[目的]了解颌面部骨折患者心理状况,为今后的颌面部骨折患者心理治疗提供理论依据。[方法]对2006~2007年在四川大学华西口腔医院口腔颌面外科50例颌面部骨折入院患者进行一般情况调查、简易应对方式、自我评价抑郁和自我评价焦虑的问卷调查。[结果]患者自评焦虑量表总分均值为48.64±13.05,自评抑郁量表总分均值为43.68±13.52,总体呈现负性精神状态。患者心理状态有显著性差异,与费用承担方式、受伤部位、应对方式和面容改变程度呈正相关性,与家庭收入与学历呈负相关性。[结论]当患者发生颌面部骨折后,普遍表现出一种负性精神状态,而且患者的心理状况表现为躯体症状,应该引起医务工作人员和患者家属的重视,并对患者的护理中给予重视。
[Objective] To understand the psychological status of patients with maxillofacial fractures and provide theoretical basis for the future psychological treatment of patients with maxillofacial fractures. [Methods] 50 cases of maxillofacial fractures hospitalized in Huaxi Stomatological Hospital of Sichuan University from 2006 to 2007 were surveyed by questionnaires about the general situation, simple coping style, self-evaluation depression and self-evaluation anxiety. [Results] The total score of patient self-rated anxiety scale was 48.64 ± 13.05, and the total score of self-rated depression scale was 43.68 ± 13.52, showing an overall negative mental state. There was a significant difference in patients’ psychological status, which was positively correlated with the way of cost-bearing, the injured part, coping style and face change, and was negatively correlated with family income and education level. [Conclusion] When a maxillofacial fracture occurs in a patient, it generally shows a negative mental state, and the patient’s mental status is manifested as somatic symptoms, which should be paid more attention to by the medical staff and the patients’ families, Pay attention.
