目前我国法律对公共利益界定不清楚,为防止公共利益滥用,必须通过立法对公共利益进行界定,因此公共利益的界定在我国具有很大的必要性和可行性。
At present, the definition of public interest in our country is not clear. To prevent abuse of public interest, we must define the public interest through legislation. Therefore, the definition of public interest is of great necessity and feasibility in our country.
