自从2002年网络推出共享平台后,音乐就脱离了卡带、CD的束缚,以数字音频形式任由听众免费试听和下载。过去十年间,用户的消费习惯逐渐改变,促使海量消费音乐模式形成。今后,我国或将实行部分数字音乐下载收费的政策,而这一政策必然对于消费者的消费习惯带来新一轮的变化。本文旨在讨论网络用户原有消费音乐的习惯,其对于数字音乐收费政策的态度,以及从消费者的角度出发对数字音乐收费模式的建设提供意见。
Since the launch of the sharing platform in 2002, the music has been detached from the cassette and CD and allowed to be freely auditioned and downloaded by the audience as digital audio. Over the past decade, the user’s spending habits gradually changed, prompting mass consumption music model. In the future, China will implement some digital music download charging policy, and this policy will inevitably bring a new round of consumer spending habits change. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the habits of Internet users who originally consumed music, their attitudes toward digital music charging policies, and advice on the construction of digital music charging models from a consumer perspective.
