目的观察分析显微CT骨标本扫描的伪影强度及对周边正常骨组织的影响程度,寻求消减、控制伪影及骨组织有效测试方法。方法选取皮质骨、牙体及不同种类、不同弹性模量的内置钉骨标本为扫描对象,以不同放置条件、不同扫描协议、不同校正选项扫描,观察、测试重建后的伪影程度。结果高密度物质产生的伪影对骨组织形态、密度分析影响较大。选择适当标本放置、360度加强型扫描协议及伪影消减对伪影均具有一定的消减与控制作用,采用校样同扫校正,能够达到周边骨组织的有效分析测试。结论显微CT对含高密度物质标本的扫描分析,应尽可能地消减、控制伪影,重新校正周边骨组织密度后,才能达到骨组织的有效分析测试。
Objective To observe and analyze the intensity of scanning of micro-CT bone specimens and the degree of influence on the surrounding normal bone tissue, and to seek for reduction, control artifacts and effective testing methods of bone tissue. Methods Cortical bone, teeth and different types of different built-in specimens with different elastic modulus were selected as the scanning objects. Scanning was performed under different placement conditions, different scanning protocols and different calibration options to observe and measure the degree of artifacts after reconstruction. Results The artifacts produced by high density material had a great influence on the morphology and density of bone tissue. Select the appropriate specimen placement, 360-degree enhanced scanning protocol and artifact reduction artifacts have a certain reduction and control, using the same calibration with proofing, to achieve the effective analysis of bone tissue around the test. Conclusion Micro-CT scanning with high-density material samples should be as much as possible to reduce, control artifacts, recalibrate the peripheral bone tissue density in order to achieve effective analysis of bone tissue test.
