临床路径式教学法是从国外引进的一种医疗教育行业新兴的教学和培训法,目前广泛应用于国内很多医院及各科室的护理实习生带教中。本文就临床路径式教学法的概念,在国内护理实习生带教中的实施方法、作用特点、应用现状进行系统的分析。
Clinical pathway teaching method is a newly introduced teaching and training law introduced from abroad. It is widely used in nursing trainees in many hospitals and departments in China at present. This article systematically analyzes the concept of clinical pathway teaching method, the implementation method, the function and the application status of nursing intern in China.
