本文介绍了一种Ka波段50W高线性固态功放的工程实现,采用分支波导3d B电桥、波导—微带双探针、波导—微带四探针等合成方式,在Ka波段实现了32路功放单片的高效率合成,脉冲状态下输出功率为50W,同时工作中监测功率变化、内部温度变化,并将功率、温度信息输出。功放组件在设计中充分考虑了工程化要求,采用模块化设计,便于测试与维修,散热性能良好,并配置了完善的保护电路。
In this paper, we introduce the engineering of a Ka-band 50W high-linearity solid-state power amplifier. By using the branch waveguide 3dB bridge, waveguide-microstrip double probe, waveguide-microstrip four- Power amplifier monolithic high-efficiency synthesis, pulse output power of 50W, at the same time monitoring the power change, the internal temperature changes, and power, temperature information output. Amplifier components in the design fully consider the engineering requirements, modular design, easy testing and maintenance, good thermal performance, and configure a comprehensive protection circuit.
