有效的育人需要形成全体教师共同参与的教育管理、形成教书育人合力。所以各科任教师能否发挥教育管理育人的作用,是能否形成高效育人环境的关键。科任教师在教学管理中,应尽量避免使用严厉的方式,而要多采用鼓励、激励的办法,与学生交朋友,做他们的可信任、值得尊重的长者,可以依靠的亲人。最终使我们的学校教书育人工作形成班主任为主,科任教师为辅的强大合力,进而推动学校各项育人工作的顺利和谐开展。
Effective education needs to be formed by all teachers involved in education and management, the formation of teaching and educating people together. Therefore, teachers in all subjects can play the role of education and management of education, is the key to the formation of efficient education environment. Teachers in teaching management should try their best to avoid using harsh methods. Instead, encourage teachers to make more friends with their students and be credible, respectable elders whom they can depend on for their loved ones. Eventually make our school teaching and educating the formation of a class teacher-based, with teachers as a subsidiary of a strong force, thereby promoting the school’s education work in a smooth and harmonious manner.
