本文研究了一种高碳含硅低合金钢经等温处理获得的新型奥氏体-贝氏体双相组织特征,并将其与常规类型组织进行了比较。分析了等温转变温度对组织及力学性能的影响。提示了该新型双相组织超高强度钢的强化机理。
In this paper, a new type of austenite-bainite dual-phase microstructure obtained by isothermal treatment of a high carbon silicon-containing low alloy steel was studied and compared with conventional types of microstructure. The effect of isothermal transformation temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties was analyzed. Prompted the strengthening mechanism of the new dual-phase ultra-high strength steel.
