我厂305轴承塔形锻造流水线上使用的塔形锻造下模片,是用3Cr2W8V制作的,形状及装模情况如图1、图2。工作条件为:锻件为GCr15,温度为1000~1100℃,每分钟锻压30~40次,模腔用细水流冷却。图纸要求该模片最终热处理后硬度为HRC45~50。原采用图3热处理工艺,处理后硬度符合图纸要求,但使用几百次到2500次因发生早期开裂而报废。因寿命低影响生产而成为薄弱环节。
