目的:探讨妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤(GTT)中E-cadherin与p53的表达意义。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测10例正常早期绒毛(NP)、10例完全性葡萄胎(CM)、20例侵袭性葡萄胎(IM)、19例绒癌(CCA)中E-cadherin与p53的表达。结果:E-cadherin在NP、CM、IM、CCA中表达率分别为56.29%、42.07%、19.30%、7.14%,在NP中明显高于IM、CCA中(P=0.001,P=0.000),在CM中明显高于IM、CCA中(P=0.015,P=0.000)。p53在NP、CM、IM和CCA中表达率分别为4.12%、21.68%、39.61%、27.39%,在NP中明显低于CM、IM、CCA中(P=0.004、P=0.000、P=0.001),在CM中明显低于IM中(P=0.030)。结论:E-cadherin的表达减弱、突变型p53的过表达可能促进了GTT的恶性进展。
Objective: To investigate the significance of E-cadherin and p53 in gestational trophoblastic tumor (GTT). Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of E-cadherin in 10 cases of normal early villus (NP), 10 cases of complete hydatidiform mole (CM), 20 cases of invasive hydatidiform mole (IM), 19 cases of choriocarcinoma p53 expression. Results The expression rates of E-cadherin in NP, CM, IM and CCA were 56.29%, 42.07%, 19.30% and 7.14% respectively, which were significantly higher in NP than those in IM and CCA (P = 0.001, P = 0.000) It was significantly higher in CM than in IM, CCA (P = 0.015, P = 0.000). The expression rates of p53 in NP, CM, IM and CCA were 4.12%, 21.68%, 39.61% and 27.39% respectively, which were significantly lower in NP than those in CM, IM and CCA (P = 0.004, P = 0.000, P = ), Significantly lower in CM than in IM (P = 0.030). Conclusion: The expression of E-cadherin is weakened. The overexpression of mutant p53 may promote the malignant progression of GTT.
