2004年,我国创业投资延续了2003年以来的回暖趋势,投资更为活跃。据有关单位的最新统计数据,中外创投机构在2004年共对253家大陆及大陆相关企业进行了投资,投资额总计12.69 亿美元,创历史新高,其中投资案例数量较2003年增加43%,投资金额上升28%。创业投资退出也呈现加快增长态势。据对60家创业投资机构的调查,2004年共退出资金8.02亿美元,是上一年的4倍。这些,对于广大的投融资机构和高技术企业来说,无疑是振奋人心的好消息。然而,中国的创投业还只能说是刚刚进入到一个可以快速增长的阶段。中国的创投业在国内经济中的比重和规模都很小,更无法与发达国家的创投业相比。所以说,中国的创投业期待新的突破。要推进中国创投的发展,就必须有一个更宽松、更优惠的政策环境;创业投资人才队伍不断壮大,素质日益提高;有更宽的市场出入通道,尤其是中小企业板能够容纳更多的优秀企业;有更多的创投中介机构涌现,为创投发展提供更为便捷、实用的服务;特别是本土的创投机构,在未来几年中能够实现管理模式的创新,扭转目前外资创投领先中国创投发展的局面。人们期待着中国的创投业走上健康发展之路,进入一个全面复苏和加速发展的时期。
