随着对社会主义经济是一种有计划的商品经济的确认,一切与发展社会主义商品经济不相适应的体制、模式、观念等都巳被突破或正在突破。从而,与整个国民经济各方面发展紧密相关的财政模式的选择问题,也就必然地被提出来了。财政模式有哪些?什么样的财政模式才是适合于我国现阶段发展社会主义商品经济所需要的?本文试图对这个问题作点粗浅的探讨。 With the confirmation of the socialist economy as a planned commodity economy, all the systems, models, and concepts that are incompatible with the development of a socialist commodity economy have all been or are being overcome.
