据调查,当前填海区域建筑地基处理主要采用的是软基处理手段,也就是在短时间内,通过先进技术手段的利用使土层迅速固结,在填土开发之前就完成大部分的沉降过程,使地基达到一定的稳定状态。近年来,填海区域建筑物沉降仍然难以避免,鉴于此,本文对填海区域建筑物沉降的原因进行深入的分析,并对建筑物沉降监测的特点以及基本要求进行归纳总结,最后对填海区域建筑物沉降监测提出几点建议。旨在促进填海区域建筑工程的质量得到进一步的提升。
