采用N,N′-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺(HVA-2)同时作为过氧化物硫化EPDM的助交联剂和直接粘合的粘合剂,研究了HVA-2对EPDM与尼龙骨架粘合性能的影响。结果表明,EPDM与尼龙骨架两界面不刷涂有机胶粘剂可直接进行粘合,粘合强度可达4.32kN/m,尼龙表面附胶率可达100%;粘合强度随HVA-2用量的增加而增大,当HVA-2用量≥2份时,粘合强度达到最大值并保持不变;在热空气或臭氧条件下老化,粘合性能具有很高的稳定性;当HVA-2用量为2份时,EPDM耐热老化及压缩永久变形性最佳。
