用放射免疫测定法检测经急性稳态噪声暴露后Wistar大鼠血清和脑皮质组织中内源性洋地黄样物质(EDLS)以及血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)水平,并与无噪声暴露大鼠进行比较,发现噪声暴露组大鼠血清EDLS和血浆AⅡ浓度明显升高(分别P<0.05和P<0.01),脑皮质组织中EDLS水平无显著性改变(P>0.1),本结果提示,噪声暴露所致机体血管活性物质平衡失调可能是其产生心血管损害的重要因素之一.
The levels of endogenous digitalis-like substance (EDLS) and plasma angiotensin Ⅱ (AⅡ) in serum and cerebral cortex of Wistar rats exposed to acute steady-state noise were detected by radioimmunoassay. (P <0.05 and P <0.01, respectively). There was no significant change in EDLS level in cerebral cortex (P> 0.1). The results suggest that noise Exposed to the body’s vasoactive substances imbalance may be its cardiovascular damage one of the important factors.
