分析了目前中国电力交易与市场秩序状况,指出了电力市场的不完美性,包涵有限理性、不完全信息、不完备知识三个主要因素。提出了建立电力交易决策行为模型,运用电力市场实验方法,通过大量重复可控的实验,发现电力市场演化规律。确立了基于多目标多策略多态势的实验机制框架,探索促进电力市场健康发展的交易制度,建立规范透明、公平公正的市场秩序。
Analyzed the current situation of China’s electricity trading and market order, pointed out three main factors of imperfect electricity market, including limited rationality, incomplete information and incomplete knowledge. It puts forward the establishment of a behavioral model of power trading decision-making, the use of electricity market experimental methods, through a large number of repeatable controllable experiments, found that the evolution of the electricity market rules. The experimental mechanism framework based on the multi-objective and multi-strategy multi-modalities was established. The transaction system to promote the healthy development of the power market was explored and a market order that was transparent, fair and just was established.
